Some documents that I have prepared or written are too large to post on this website. However, some of them represent resources that I would like to share with others. Feel free to download any of these documents, but please cite their source if you use them in any way.

In the Autumn of 2006, I was hired by a start-up company to prepare a comprehensive handbook to be used by the Controller of the company, as well as to formulate employment policies and incorporate them into both the Controller's Handbook and an Employee Manual. The company failed to generate a profit, and it closed its doors in 2008. Since the company has not been in business for over 10 years, I am making both the Controller's Handbook and the Employee Handbook available as examples from which other businesses can benefit.
